Directions
In a medium saucepan, combine water, butter, sugar, and salt; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, add flour, and stir vigorously until a smooth ball forms and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
Remove the pan from the heat and let the dough cool for 5 minutes.
